*** LAYING DUCK HENS *** being butchered this weekend! The bids are smaller, usually, about 3 lbs give or take. If you want FRESH - make sure to buy it here. They are soaked in the brine from Saturday to Tuesday, which I found on the last batch of regular birds, really made them extra delicious!
