They live entirely outdoors running around on fresh pasture in movable yard pens—these are the exact chickens you saw roaming at our recent Farm Day!
🌽 Organically Grown Heritage Grains: The birds are soy-free and fed a premium Heritage Natural Pollination grain mix. While they are no longer corn-free, we use two highly specific types of Heritage American Native Land organically grown, naturally pollinated corns—Purple and Red "Indian" corns—yielding an incredible, rich flavor profile you cannot find anywhere else.
💧 Fresh & Lightly Brined: This product is Fresh - NOT FROZEN. Processed fresh this weekend, our chicken undergoes a light brine for a few days to perfectly retain its natural moisture, dense texture, and deep juiciness. It arrives 100% ready to cook straight out of the bag with zero prep required.

How Estimated Weights Work: The price listed at checkout is an estimate based on average package weights. If a bird is estimated at 6 lbs at $10/lb, you are pre-charged $60.
If your package is smaller: Once final packing is complete and exact weights are logged, if your item weighs less than the estimate (e.g., 5 lbs), a $10 store credit is automatically processed to your account.
If your package is larger: If your final package weighs more than the original estimate, a negative balance will be applied to your account during our regular credit runs.
