ingredients - beef, NO PORK (cause grass-fed beef is low in fat, and this needed texture) water, salt, paprika, sugar, spices, hydrolyzed corn protein, beet powder, dehydrated garlic and onion, natural spice extractives including paprika, modified potato starch, vinegar, nonfat dry milk, whey. 

to be clear - these are the old dairy cows sent off to be turned into hot dogs. you get tenderloin, and rump, and everything off the cow.  it is not one specific cut :)

Hot Dogs – All Beef / All Pork / Mix Beef Pork – Himalayan Salt, Sucanat Sugar, PAR (Yeast and Citrus Extract), Fruit Spice Extract, Black Pepper, California Spice (Dextrose, Cane Sugar, Spice Extract, Paprika, GMO Free Canola Oil, Silicon Dioxide prevent caking in the spice mix), Celery Salt Juice Powder for cure process, labeling required as Nitrate Free.
