Lamb Blade Chops (no bone)
Sheep that are young are Lambs, from the farm! Pasture-raised on a PURE Grassfed diet. through summer. winter. spring. and fall. Some sheep are for milk, some are for meat, which is lamb.
coming in at 1.25 or under range.
this blade chop seems to be shoulder meat with the 7 bone in type of thing like a pot roast. the shoulder cut seems to be the "pic nic" roast from a pic, with more of the arm bone section down from the shoulder. so i think its like a boston butt cut, or picnic roast cut from pigs. interesting. learning new stuff every day
