Lamb Loin Chops
Sheep that are young are Lambs, from the farm! Pasture-raised on a PURE Grassfed diet. through summer. winter. spring. and fall. Some sheep are for milk, some are for meat, which is lamb.
these loins look like the TENDERloin and NY STRIP loin cuts of the same "T bone" or "porter house" - i've cooked these on a shovel oven an open camp fire. its pretty cool.
