Sheeps that are young are Lambs, from the farm!  Pasture-raised on a PURE Grassfed diet.  through summer. winter. spring. and fall.  Some sheep are for milk, some are for meat, which is lamb.  

 no sirloin chops cut for 2022.  they were turned into cube meat and ground sausage, check those products - however if we find some... check back later.
