Goat Stock (Broth)
goat bones made into broth / stock. it is all bones from butchering, many have the marrow in them still whole, broken open to release.
starts with water / vinegar. and sea salt. cooks for long time over night.
adds onions. and then celery and carrot. and cooks more.
price is more than chicken, because the bones on goat are more rare and valuable. (pork and beef are the cheapest as noted, more bones, more stock)
