this is heavy cream that needs to be scooped. it is almost like manufacturing cream.

Thank you Margo for these pictures, she says that if you stick the spoon in the cream in the jar, the spoon stands up, and won't fall over !!!  amazing!!! she loves it in her coffee.  Enjoy

I just tried it this week and it wasn't as thick as needing a scoop so it is possible consistency can change with temperature and milk fat content through the year
