š”ļø Traditional Slow-Set Method: Heated gently to classic temperatures between 110°F and 120°F, then left to naturally culture and tighten for a full 24 hours before packaging. This deliberate process yields a smooth, standard, classic yogurt consistency.

š± 100% PureāZero Additives: Unlike our low-temperature yogurt, absolutely nothing else is added to this batch. There is no beef gelatin, no starches, and no thickeners. It is just pure milk and live cultures.

š„£ How It Differs From Greek Yogurt: Conventional Greek yogurt is heated to a high 160°F+ to break down and tighten milk proteins, then aggressively strained of its natural whey to make it scoop-thick. Our regular yogurt skips the extreme heat and keeps the nutrient-dense whey fully intact.
