2021 summer meat... this was the MOST AMAZING beef roast i've ever had from the farm, pressure cooked for 1.5 hours, with the basic onion, carrot, celery, herbs, salt, cut up meat didnt even pre brown it, and red wine.  wow. fan freaking tast tic.
