Pork Sliced 'chipped' Ham Smoked

sliced aka "chipped" ham. thicker slices. the different flavor from deli ham. it is not ground then prepared, you can see it is actually from the ham and sliced off from whole meat pieces.
no nitrates added (except those naturally occurring in things like celery salt. its really almost the same thing... look it up)
