beef that is pasture raised, fattened on a total grass diet.  also with organic cane sugar, organic yeast and extracts, organic sea salts, and organic spices.

The new packages are 1 lb give or take.  the butcher who did meat stick 3 years ago, did our meat sticks again.  They are more moist, and thicker, but not as long as the other packages.  you can see the difference in the images between both styles.

these meat sticks are uncured and include natural sweeteners from celery juice.

INGREDIENTS - 

PEPPER STICK - beef, celtic salt, organic cane sugar, garlic, ground mustard, red pepper, celery juice powder (for the 'cure')

HONEY BBQ - beef, celtic salt, organic sugar, ground mustard, black pepper, smoked powder, garlic powder, coriander, paprika, red pepper, celery juice powder (for the 'cure')

Regular sticks (when avail) are like Pepper but without the red pepper flakes.

SWEET sticks (when avail) are like Regular but added organic sugar.
