This is a "living culture" yogurt, crafted at low temperatures to preserve the natural enzymes and nutrient density of the fresh cow milk. Unlike traditional Greek yogurt, which is high-heated to thicken, our Cold-Crafted method stays below the threshold that compromises the milk’s original profile. The result is a naturally thinner, pourable consistency, fortified with Grass-fed Beef Gelatin for gut health and a smoother texture.

The Sweetness Scale

  • "SWEET" Options: Includes 1/2 cup of organic/farm-grown fruit and 2 tablespoons of pure Maple Syrup per quart.

  • "UNSWEET" Options: Contains only the fruit or essential oils. No added Maple Syrup.

  • PLAIN: Always unsweet. Pure, cultured dairy with beef gelatin.
