Beef Jerky



Refrigerate before and after opening.

This is more moist and could mold if left out.

 

beef that is pasture raised, fattened on a total grass diet. 

we will not be selling jerky by the lb anymore.  it is strictly by the package.  each package is roughly 1/2 lb, 8 oz, but it varies based on how much the jerky is dried, or from what cut of meat they use.  some cuts dry out very thin, and other cuts the farmer tells me stay thicker and hold more moisture.  

 works out to just under $34 per lb
