beef that is pasture raised, fattened on a total grass diet.  charging for 4 lbs.  roasts have been in the mid 3's of late due to cow size.

AKA - "prime rib thursdays" or "standing rib roast"

morgans note - this is my favorite cut of meat, and makes for the best chirstmas and thanksgiving dinners.  love it more than birds during the holidays.  its the start to "prime rib" and this primal rib cut into steaks is the rib eye with bone on, or delmonico without bone. oh. so. good.
