new butcher in 2021 meat is calling it "RIB STEAK" on the package, has the bone and a lot of other parts and pieces as if it was a rib eye roast, and just cut.  its not as 'clean' of a cut as a store's typical rib eye, go boneless for that.  there's the chine bone and other things in this cut, but its yummy and lots of fat.  charing commensurate for the added bone and fat.

22 $/lb - charging a little over to cover steaks that come in over a pound.
