beef that is pasture-raised, fattened on a total grass diet. this is old cows for sure, usually, an old bull that is completely broken down and ground - you get steaks, roasts, tendon, organs, etc all mixed together.
THIS PRODUCT WAS FORMERLY CALLED OUT AS PET FOOD, BUT IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE CALLED PET FOOD DUE TO RULES AND REGULATIONS OUTSIDE OF MY CONTROL.
