🐄 The Weekend Harvest: This is a highly limited, collected right after calving this weekend, and then Frozen, from our 100% grass-fed, pasture-raised A2/A2 heritage herd.
🌱 The Newborn Standard: We always ensure the baby calf gets 100% of what it wants first immediately after birth. Only then is the mama cow gently milked later in the day and the following day to provide this incredible, nutrient-dense transitional milk.

- 🥇 First Milking (Rich & Structural): Extremely dense and packed with maximum natural proteins and fats. Because of its unique structural density, First Milking is prized for traditional culinary dishes—like authentic Latin flan or traditional Indian dessert dishes—where it sets up beautifully all on its own, without needing any added egg yolks in the recipe!
- 🥈 Second Milking (Smooth & Creamy): Collected later in the cycle, the Second Milking offers a smoother, more traditional milk-like consistency. It remains exceptionally high in beneficial fats and protective proteins, making it incredibly easy to incorporate directly into your daily routine.
