Pork Country Bacon Raw
pork that has a happy life. charging 1.1 lbs because its coming in over one pound
bacon made out of Ham... so its not really bacon from the belly. sort of like how canadian bacon is actually from the Chop (loin) meat.
not smoked - see pictures for details on this cut. suggest adding salt when you cook it.
