TURKEY soy free.  free range.  corn free.  pastured free.  happy turkey turned to sausage.

the birds are SOY and CORN Free - (NO corn and NO soy in their diet), and live out in pastured huts that move around the grass, enjoying the sun, rain, bugs, grass, grubs, and a chemical free organic fed mixture.

 please note, there are no casings on the little links.  I tried to individualize but alas no casing and turkey consistency didn't allow it.  You can see in my picture I just went with a patty configuration or go for skillet cooking all mixed up.

But look how crispy it cooked up! And I separated it after when I flipped it.
