New TURKEY soy free, corn-free, free-range birds, turned into Deli Style 

this is nearly the same as our chipped ham product but made deli style.  That means they grind the meat, season it, press it, and then give it the business.  It's like what you'd buy at the deli counter.  It is sliced thin - I've heard so thin the slices sort of fall apart.  but still tastes great.  This is a photo of ham..., will update with real once I receive this week.

the packs are coming in under 1.5 lbs, estimate, we will see.
